We worked with customers living in three blocks in Mill Street to find a safer way to store their large personal items, which had previously been stored in the communal hallways. Speaking with customers and giving everyone the opportunity to be part of the discussion meant we agreed a solution together.

The new storage unit now sits at the front of the blocks, creating more space and helping to keep customers safe too.
