We carried out nearly £10,000 of improvements at Purlyn Acre, where the outdoor communal area had become overgrown and untidy.  

After asking customers what was important to them, we transformed it into a safe and secure area by replacing the broken fencing, removing overgrown hedges and installing new washing lines.

Customers told us:  

“It looks brilliant, excellent job and is much cleaner and tidier now all the overgrowth has been removed. I’m looking forward to using it.”

Another said: “I absolutely love it, so much tidier and secure.  I no longer have to keep trimming all the overgrowth which used to come over into my garden. All the neighbours have commented on what a difference it makes.”
